spcaLA volunteers and staff provide shelter pets like Shirley enrichment and socialization through spcaLA’s HEAL Program. In the program, dogs also work on basic obedience and manners. To learn more, visit Shirley at the the spcaLA P.D. Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center.
