• DO NOT refer to spcaLA as a chapter, or characterize spcaLA as a part of any other organization. There is no national, international, umbrella, or parent “spca” or humane society.
• Even if spcaLA begins a sentence, the “spca” should be lower case and “LA” should be uppercase.
• Do not hyphenate, use periods to separate the letters in spcaLA, or otherwise insert spacing or punctuation into the agency name.
