This is Pieter!

He is a sleek and handsome young Dutch Shepherd mix looking for his new friend for life! Being so young, Pieter has a lot of energy and is looking for a home where he can get lots of exercise and movement. Even so, Pieter is a big cuddle bug, sometimes wanting nothing more than to curl up in your lap. He is very food and treat motivated so working on his skills and tricks will be a breeze. Pieter would do best in a home with lots of activity, and people who know how to handle an energetic pup!

spcaLA volunteers and staff provide shelter pets like Pieter enrichment and socialization through spcaLA’s HEAL Program. In the program, dogs also work on basic obedience and manners. To learn more, visit Pieter at the the spcaLA Pet Adoption Center.
