Meet Dixie!

This sweet girl is looking for a home and she's wondering if that could be you! Dixie is just a little shy in the beginning, but loves to meet new people. She walks well on leash, very food motivated, and is eager to learn more. Dixie would do best in a more calm home, with lots of love and attention, but still with lots of time to get her daily steps in!

spcaLA volunteers and staff provide shelter pets like Dixie enrichment and socialization through spcaLA’s HEAL Program. In the program, dogs also work on basic obedience and manners. To learn more, visit Dixie at the the spcaLA Pet Adoption Center.

Pet profiles provide a very basic description of animals while in the shelter and may not contain all known medical and behavioral information about the pet.
