spcaLA volunteers and staff provide shelter pets like Glimmer enrichment and socialization through spcaLA’s HEAL Program. In the program, dogs also work on basic obedience and manners. To learn more, visit Glimmer at the the spcaLA P.D. Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center.
