spcaLA volunteers and staff provide shelter pets like Dumpling enrichment and socialization through spcaLA’s HEAL Program. In the program, dogs also work on basic obedience and manners. To learn more, visit Dumpling at the the spcaLA P.D. Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center.
