About Me

Meet Hero!

Hero is a 2-year-old Lab-Mix who loves long walks and getting attention from staff and volunteers. Despite his big size, he is gentle with performing commands and responds well to tasty treats. He has had positive experiences living with other dogs in the past and has done well with meeting many new people here at the shelter.

Hero is seeking a friend who can take him on fun adventures and give him soft pets. He enjoys chasing after balls and play soccer. At 77 lbs, Hero would be a great friend for hiking, running, outdoor adventures, or just running around in the backyard. With his beautiful eyes and floppy years, his gentle-giant personality will melt your heart out and make you fall in love.

He has been waiting for his chance at a home for a long time. Can Hero be your friend for life?

Come meet Hero at the spcaLA Pet Adoption Center, open Wed. – Sun. 11am – 3pm, no appointment needed. See you soon!
